Shipping and Delivery Info

All shipping from www.eyeofthebeholder.com.au around Australia is free for orders over $250. There is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $250. We offer free shipping for International orders over $300.

The products are sent by express post or registered post depending on value of the product through Australia Post and will reach you within 3 to 5 working days (throughout Australia) after payment has been received. If you are not home to receive the goods, you will receive a card in the mail that the package has arrived and you can collect it from your nearest post office, which will require identification and your signature if sent by registered post.

All sunglasses are sent in a hard sunglass case with bubble wrap for protection inside a protective postage bag.

Please let us know within 7 days if your product has arrived damaged.

International Shipping

International shipping will have a minimum charge of AUS$24.95 depending on the weight of the package. International orders over $300 will have complimentary shipping. For international orders below $300 the exact amount will be confirmed during the completion of the ordering process. The shipping will be registered airmail service through Australia Post. Delivery time will be approximately 7 to 12 working days. Please note that if the package is held at customs, there will be a delay in the delivery. You can contact your local postal service to track it. If you would like your package to arrive faster, we can arrange a courier service at your cost.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the package reaches its destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot control or predict these charges. Since custom’s policies vary widely from country to country, it is recommended you contact your customs office for further information.
