When you use your credit card with Eye of the Beholder you can be assured that you are protected against the misuse of your credit card details. We use Thawte Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bits encryption technology which is the industry standard to ensure that all your information is safely encrypted when it is transmitted. The padlock symbol on the bottom right of your page confirms that you are protected by the secure connection when you enter your card details.

Customer Service Policy 

Eye of the Beholder Fashion Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes for Australia are between 3-5 working days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of purchasing the product for a full refund. This policy only refers to full priced goods. Any goods which were purchased on sale are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All goods must be returned in the same condition you received it in, undamaged and unworn to receive your refund.The freight for returning product will be your own cost. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty/damaged, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website. Please inform us within 7 days if this is the case.

All products should be returned as you received them and unused together with designer garments ie information swing tag, cleaning cloth, lens sticker, jewellery bag and sunglass case.

Eye of the Beholder Fashion Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on this site are in AUS$ and are inclusive of GST at the standard 10% rate. Australian tax will be removed for all International orders.

Customers purchasing from a country other than Australia might incur import duty and tax. These costs are not included in our price and we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Australian Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

The advertised price on the website is the price after discounts applied. Whenever we have a sale or promotion on the prices are changed accordingly.

International Orders

For security purposes, all international orders require confirmation of your identification.
We require a copy of your passport and a copy of your credit card and signature to process your
order.

Acceptance of order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Eye of the Beholder Fashion will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been despatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Information section

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
