1. How do I know if the products on Eye of the Beholder are authentic?
We unconditionally guarantee that all products on www.eyeofthebeholder.com.au are 100% authentic including all sunglass brands, Santos Wish jewellery and the snakeskin bags are 100% snakeskin!
2. How do I know if items are in stock?
All items are in stock and ready for delivery. If something happens to be out of stock, it will show on the website against the product. Feel free to email us is you have questions info@eyeofthebeholder.com.au
3. What is the delivery time of all products?
Throughout Australia, you will receive your products within 3-5 working days after payment has been received and is free of charge for orders over $250.
Internationally will depend of your destination, but approximate delivery time is 5-12 working days after payment has been received.

4. What payment methods does Eye of the Beholder accept?
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Paypal
5. I don’t like paying online, can I call and pay over the phone?
Yes you can, many people don’t feel comfortable paying online so we are happy to take your order over the phone at (02) 9398 6512
6. Which countries does Eye of the Beholder ship to?
We ship to most countries in the world. If you want to know if we ship to your country please contact us at info@eyeofthebeholder.com.au
7. What if the sunglasses don’t suit me that I purchased?
You are able to return the sunglasses for a full refund or exchange if they were purchased at full price, as long as you inform us within 7 days
8. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number
9. Does Eye of the Beholder have sales?
